How much does therapy cost?
Each 50-minute counselling session is £55. Discounted rates applied to block bookings (T&C’s apply)
This is an investment in your emotional and mental wellbeing. Counselling offers a safe, confidential space where you’re truly heard and supported. It’s more than a conversation, it’s a guided process of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth. The benefits often extend well beyond the sessions themselves, impacting relationships, resilience, and your overall quality of life.
Where do sessions take place?
Face-to-face counselling is held in a peaceful, private room located in Basildon & Ramsden Heath, Essex.
Please note that there is no waiting room, so I kindly ask clients to arrive at their scheduled appointment time.
Do you offer online therapy?
Yes, I offer sessions via secure video conferencing (Teams), allowing us to work together from the comfort of your own space. These sessions follow the same structure as in-person meetings.
Telephone counselling is also available if you prefer not to use video.
How often are the sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes long and typically held weekly at the same time and weekday.
The number of sessions really depends on each individual. I may suggest a starting framework, but this can be adjusted at any time to suit your needs and progress. We’ll review your progress regularly to ensure the work remains relevant and helpful. You are free to end therapy at any point. My goal is to support you until you feel equipped and confident to move forward on your own.
What is the process to get started?
When you feel ready, you’re welcome to get in touch via email, text, or phone call to arrange a free 20-minute phone consultation.
This is a relaxed, no-obligation conversation where we can talk about what’s bringing you to counselling, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether we’re a good fit to work together. Finding the right counsellor is an important part of the process, and this call helps ensure you feel comfortable and supported from the start.
